The goal of our sustainability work is to contribute to development by acting ethically and striving to minimize and remove negative social and environmental effects of our decisions and activities. A tool to ensure responsible business is the establishment of our Code of Conduct and our environmental policy. They describe the demands and expectations we place on both our own organization and our suppliers, as well as what goals we have for our continued work and how we work to promote human rights, good working conditions and our environment.
Our sustainability work must be communicated to and understood by all employees and be part of the management’s and employees’ decision-making process. Our sustainability work is introduced to all new employees and is used as a tool when signing internal and external agreements.
